A native of New York City, Mary Louise Norton's career began as an editor at
Harper's Bazaar. She moved to
Town & Country magazine where she served as Fashion Director for twenty years.
The experience of working with many of the world's foremost photographers, designers and artists in addition to studying at the Art Students League and the National Academy, has helped focus her eye on the beauty and detail that surrounds her life.
After moving to Maine in the early 90's she attended Heartwood School of Art in Kennebunk before starting her design firm Windemere Studios. As an interior designer, she has been able to surround clients with color and style that enhances their lives.
